Lisa Gutierrez is the executive director of global diversity at Cummins. She leads all diversity functions and strategies, including internal consulting, education and communication. She is responsible for diversity, work life initiatives, and helping Cummins to achieve its goal of creating a great place to work.

Calvin Harris Jr., CPA
National President and Chief Executive Officer, National Association of Black Accountants Board of Directors

Calvin Harris Jr., serves as the national president and CEO of NABA's National Board of Directors. Harris is the president of Harvin Consulting LLC, providing “virtual CFO” accounting, forensic and consulting services for commercial and not-for-profit organizations. His executive career, which began at Arthur Andersen, has included various non-profit organizations.

Lenora Billings-Harris, CSP
Diversity Strategist

As a diversity strategist, Lenora Billings-Harris partners with organizations to help them make diversity a competitive advantage. She has been included as one of 100 Global Thought Leaders on Diversity and Inclusion by The Society of Human Resource Management, and was named by Diversity Woman Magazine as one of the 20 top influential diversity leaders in the U.S. Her award winning diversity leadership research is recognized in journals internationally. Shaun Hawkins
Chief Diversity Officer, Eli Lilly and Company

Shaun Hawkins is chief diversity officer at Eli Lilly and Company and is responsible for driving the development and implementation of Lilly’s workforce diversity and inclusion strategy. Prior to his promotion in 2010, Hawkins built strategic investment syndicates and new entities that accelerate the development of early-stage innovation as the director of Lilly’s Private Equity and Ventures organization.

Linda Jimenez
Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President – Diversity & Inclusion, WellPoint, Inc.

Linda Jimenez currently serves as chief diversity officer and vice president – diversity & inclusion for WellPoint, Inc. In this role, she directs all aspects of WellPoint’s diversity management strategies and programs nationwide including, but not limited to, providing strategic guidance around talent management and acquisition, multicultural marketing, diversity metrics, community relations and social responsibility and external branding as a national leader in diversity management and philanthropy and the reinforcement of WellPoint’s culture of distinction brand.

Ramona Henderson Pearson, CPA, MBA

Ramona Henderson Pearson is president of The Pearson Group, LLC. Her career spans 30 years, during which period she has primarily practiced accounting with international CPA firms, not-for-profit organizations, large government and private practice. While auditor general for Wayne County (Michigan), she constructed and implemented the first comprehensive audit function under the new Wayne County Charter. She has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, finance, pensions and management of not-for-profits, governments and component units of government, schools and universities.

Rafael Sanchez
Reporter, RTV6

As a consumer reporter and investigator, Rafael Sanchez’s focus is on alerting people about scams, rip-offs and con artists and assisting in cutting through red tape to get results. Sanchez joined RTV6 in 1998 after working at TV stations in Arizona and Texas.

Over the years, he has received a number of Emmy nominations and other awards for excellence in consumer reporting. In fact, his work has earned him the Best Consumer Reporting award from 2006-08 from the Society of Professional Journalists.

Ralph Albert Thomas, CGMA
Executive Director, New Jersey Society of CPAs

Ralph Albert Thomas began his service as executive director of the New Jersey Society of CPAs in 1999. He joined the Society in 1985 and has served in various capacities, including as treasurer of the NJSCPA Board of Trustees. Thomas has served on the board of The National Association of Black Accountants where he is a lifetime member and past national president.
